About Us – FlightDeskFinder

Hey. So here’s the deal.

FlightDeskFinder isn’t run by some corporate travel company or a big blog team. We’re just a small group of travelers and travel agents who’ve been through the same stuff you probably have — delayed flights, last-minute seat changes, overpriced baggage fees, confusing refund policies. Yeah, all that.

Some of us fly all the time, some only a few times a year. But we all share what we know — whether it’s a trick that saved us a hundred bucks, or just a rant about airline customer service (we’ve got a few of those too).

We write together, brainstorm together, and sometimes argue about what info actually matters. So when you see “Author: Jupiter” on a post — that’s just our shared pen name. It could’ve been one of us, or all of us.

Why we made this site?

Honestly? Because we got tired of digging through 10 tabs just to find a phone number or figure out how much it costs to check a bag. So we started putting everything we learned (and are still learning) in one place — FlightDeskFinder.

Nothing fancy. Just real info, from real people who’ve actually dealt with this stuff.

Your voice matters too

A lot of what we post comes from you guys — your questions, your comments, your mess-ups and wins. If you’ve got a story, a tip, or even a rant worth sharing, send it over. We might just turn it into a post (or at least thank you for saving us from another surprise fee).

And if you’re stuck with something — like trying to reach an airline and getting nowhere — reach out. We might be able to help. Or at least point you to someone who can.

Thanks for reading. Thanks for being here.
And if we helped you even a little — share us with a friend. That means a lot.
Catch you in the skies,
– The FlightDeskFinder crew
